We also provide a variety of formats for the photos and recordings, including prints, digital files, and USB memory sticks.

Yes the stream can be watched on any device as long as you have the private link we provide.

Definitely. The memorial will be available for viewing after the funeral, and a private link will be provided for you to download and keep the film.

Yes, we are experienced in capturing candid moments during the service, such as tears of grief or moments of reflection. We are discreet and respectful, and we will never intrude on the privacy of the family or disrupt the flow of the service. Our goal is to capture the emotions and memories of the event in a way that is meaningful and respectful.

We never fully guarantee a cellular connection as this all depends on the various phone networks and other factors such as the topography and the building's density. In large urban towns and cities, we rarely encounter any issues.

If you are concerned, we can conduct a technical site visit to accurately determine the cellular connection but this is an additional charge. In the unlikely event that we are unable to stream part or all of the service, we upload the recording to the private webpage at our earliest opportunity.

Please note that it is incredibly rare that we have not been able to obtain a reliable 4G signal however we need to make you aware that this could be a possibility.

Our coverage reaches across the UK. Please bear in mind, anything outside of London will incur extra costs, such as travel and possibly accommodation expenses. All things as such will be discussed in full in order to finalise the booking.
